This varied, hands-on role supports the safe upkeep and improvement of our buildings across multiple skilled trades.

Key responsibilities and skills

Plumbing: fix leaks, clear blocked drains, repair toilets and replace fixtures.
Electrical: troubleshoot wiring, change light fittings and test circuits safely.
Carpentry and general repairs: patch drywall, paint walls, repair doors and assemble furniture.
Tools: confidently and safely use drills, saws, multimeters and pressure gauges.
Flooring: work with laminate, hardwood, vinyl, carpet and screed flooring systems.
Brickwork and blockwork: lay bricks and blocks for structural and aesthetic applications.
Partitioning: install metal and timber stud systems, dry lining and plasterboard.
